Rajmachi is one of the best monsoon spots close Pune, that has stunning perspectives all through the trip from the camp to the fort. It was surrounded by the wild greenery, with the mist throughout every time.

This route is filled with the flowers with the different colors which make us love the nature. The town is occupied by local people, living with nature in a normal lifestyle.

In the Monsoon season, it was always to be showering with the fog here. Rajmachi is a Beautiful Place for Trekking, Hiking, Site Seeing, Camping and numerous more enterprises.

Historically, Rajmachi fort was a vital fort to control Borghat (ghat amongst Khopoli and Khandala on Mumbai-Pune course) which was a recorded exchange course. Rajmachi top has two strengthened structures the Shrivardhan fortress and Manaranjan fort.

Rajmachi can be reached by two different ways, the extreme route is from Kondivade town close Karjat and it includes moving up of around 2750 feet. This route was thoroughly steep and takes 4-5 hours to come to the Rajmachi village.

The second route is from Lonavala, which is right around a plain stroll of around 15 km.  Visit the Bhairavnath temple Lonavala to feel the glory of God.

At a height of 2710 mts from the sea level, it gives an amazing view of the Sahyadri mountain ranges and the entire Rajmachi village. Most of the time, there is an elevation of few meters below the tip.
Kondivade caves Karjat are said to be 200BC-100BC old. Some parts of these caves were damaged in the earthquake while some structure is in life.
